Born at sea, built for the sea

🎯

Our Mission

Protect the Human Factor. The maritime industry excels at taking care of machines — we focus on the ship’s most critical engine: the crew’s mind. We reduce human error and prevent accidents by transforming mental health into a technical skill. We don’t just aim to relieve stress; we equip every crew member with Psychological Capital.

👁️

Our Vision

Transform the maritime industry so that mental health stops being an invisible taboo and becomes a tangible pillar of operational safety. We envision a future where the Human Factor is monitored and protected with the same precision as engine temperature. We aim to be the fleet’s “Maritime Guard” — detecting fatigue and stress before they become accidents, ensuring every seafarer returns home healthy, safe, and proud of their profession.

Our Values

Wellbeing First: crew are the priority.
Empathy: we speak the language of seafarers.
Collaboration: bringing together health and the sea.
Real Connection:we promote a culture where asking for help is a sign of professional strength, not weakness.
Confidentiality: we know the fear of losing your next contract is real. What happens on our platform stays on our platform.
Innovation: technology with purpose.
Sustainability: aligned with UN SDGs 3,4,8,9 & 14.
Open Platform: collaboration with all seafarers; togheter we can change all.
